Physical pain is one part of the conversation,
but there are many other voices in the story—
a tiredness, a blank area, the sound of your
footfall, what you see in the mirror, the golf
swing that isn't what you want or the musical
instrument you can't play as you'd like.

You and I will listen, notice and think
about the story your body has to tell.
Then, together, we can change the story
and give it a happier ending.

We'll create this new chapter using
Aston-Patterning®, a one-of-a-kind
system that informs all of my work.
